Windows Repairs Scheduled for September 12 and 13, 2017

Dear St Anthony Northeast Residents –

As you may or may not be aware, the Association has been working to resolve a relatively minor issue with the new windows. The issue affects the plastic window track inserts (Jamb Liners) located within the window frame, above the lower sash. In some cases, this insert will not stay in place and slides downward. The window manufacturer, Inline, completed repairs in four units in June and all have performed as intended. The scope of repairs will now be executed on the remainder of resident’s units at no cost to the association or residents. Please know the following:

• Repairs will be done on Tuesday 09/12 and Wednesday 09/13

• Work hours will be 9 AM -5 PM

• Repairs will take approximately 30 minutes in the unit

• FirstService Residential will provide access to your unit in the event you are not home

• Pets will need to be secured

• Personal property will need to be moved out approximately 4 feet to allow access to the windows

Owners are responsible for notifying tenants

• Windows should not be operated for 24 hours to allow the silicone adhesive to set

Visits will not be scheduled but we will work with the vendor, National Window, to accommodate resident schedules when possible. If you have questions or concerns, please contact me at 612.238.2369 or Christopher.campbell@fsresidential.com .

Thank you,
