Dear owners,
our Rules were recently revised and approved by the Board. You can read and download the Rules here. Highlighted changes are as follows:
1. Limitation on Use of Common Elements.
- (f) The common hallways floor shall be kept clear of all personal items. This includes but is not limited to shoes, umbrellas, shovels, boxes, etc. Doormats are allowed.
- (g) Excessive use of any common element electrical outlets (i.e., hallways, laundry room, lobby, garage, and storage room) for charging is not permitted.
3. Front Entry.
- (a) The front entry is to be kept clear of Owner’s personal items. Mail and other items delivered to the Condominium should be picked up within 48 hours.
8. Pets
- (d) All animals must to be leashed and under control while in the Common Elements.
- (f) Pet owners must register all pets with property manager using the form included in Appendix E.
10. Remodeling and Construction, A. General Rules for Construction
- (a) Hours for contractor construction work (including painting and wall papering) are from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
(Note: The contractor work starting time and the building’s quiet hours ending time now match. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM).
Addendum 1.0 Garage, Surface Parking Lot and Bike Storage
1.19 Excessive use of element electrical outlets in garage and storage rooms is not permitted. Charging of vehicles or other equipment is considered excessive.
2.12 If vehicles are to be towed in accordance with Addendum 1.0 and/or the snow policy, the cost of towing will be at the vehicle owner’s expense, be it Living Unit Owner, Lessee, or guest.
2.0 Surface Parking Lot
2.6 Operation of non-street licensed vehicles is prohibited on SANE property including but not limited to snowmobiles, ATV, electric scooters, and skateboards.
