To all owners,
2018 Annual Meeting of Members will be held in our building’s Community Room on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 6:30 pm, with registration commencing at 6:00 pm, for the purpose of electing (or re-electing) of (3) Directors for two-year term by the members of the Association (owners).
All owners are respectfully requested and urged to participate in the election process and to cast their votes at the Annual Meeting of Members. Votes may be cast in person or by proxy. You should have received 2018 Annual Meeting packet (mailed to all owners on March 30, 2018). In the packets, proxies were included for those who are not able to attend. Proxies are required to be filed with the Secretary before the meeting.
Annual Meeting is also your chance to meet or get to know your neighbors, bring your feedback, concerns or ideas.
