As you’ve probably noticed, the LED Lighting Project for the replacement of all Common Area lights with high efficiency LED lights is underway.
Installation has begun on Thursday 9/29 and will continue through Monday 10/3. Work is being performed during business hours, and should not impact any use of the building. Electricians will be working in the common areas during this project, so please be mindful of work underway in all areas as you pass through.
The Vendor doing the install is www.lightenupllc.com. Their website gives some information on this program for lower energy usage and lower maintenance of the fixtures (fewer bulb changes).
Goal here is to save the Association money in operating these lights going forward; and we got the fixtures replaced, which were scheduled for replacement per the most recent Association Reserve Study.
