Initial schedule: as of 3/15/16

NOTE: When your unit is announced please remove pictures, frames, mirrors, or hanging decorations from exterior walls. They will be removing and installing siding, sheathing and windows. This could cause objects to fall or be damaged. Also have clearance for workers to enter your unit.

Week of 3/22-  Parking lot storage containers placed in guest parking spaces. The spaces will be marked off with parking cones prior to delivery.

Week of 3/28- mobilization/organization, small exterior work to begin- demo, addition inspections and test sites

Week of 4/4- stone sill removal, screened porch demo and rough in, chimney re-siding, roof work on the parking lot side of the bump outs (bay windows)

Week of 4/11- stone sill removal, screened porch demo and rough in, chimney re-siding, roof work on the parking lot side of the bump outs. breezeway and common area bay windows, units 212, 312, 208, and 308 and moving counter clockwise around the building
